Terms of use.

By using cintrel.io you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it describes a product and lets you request a demo.

What this site is

Cintrel is in private beta. The pages here describe the product, and the status page states plainly which parts run in production today and which are still being built. Content on this site is informational: it is not a contract for the product, not a service level commitment, and not business, financial, or legal advice. Decisions you make in your own business remain yours.

Requesting a demo

Submitting the demo form asks us to contact you and creates no obligation on either side. How we handle what you submit is covered by the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it for spam purposes, or misrepresent yourself in the demo form. Automated reading of public pages by search engines and answer engines is welcome.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and product concepts described on this site belong to Cintrel. You may quote reasonably with attribution. You may not republish pages wholesale or use the Cintrel name in a way that suggests endorsement.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and the status page exists precisely to keep claims honest, but we make no warranty that the site is error free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cintrel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. Questions go to hello@cintrel.io.
