Privacy policy.

This is a plain-language description of what this site actually collects, which is very little. If anything here changes, the date above changes with it.

Who we are

Cintrel operates this website, cintrel.io. For anything privacy related, write to hello@cintrel.io and a person will reply.

What we collect

The demo form. If you request a demo we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, industry, the tools you run, and your message. We use it for one purpose, replying to you and arranging the demo you asked for. Submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider, and exist as ordinary email afterward.

Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser user agents to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not build profiles from this data.

Fonts. Pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving them.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. There is no account system and no payment collection on this site. If we ever add analytics, this policy will say so before it happens, and we would choose a cookie-free tool.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the whole use. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers named above, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Demo requests live in our email until they are no longer needed. If you want yours deleted, corrected, or just want to know what we hold, email hello@cintrel.io and we will do it. No forms, no verification maze.

Children

This site is a business product site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not quietly weaken it.
